No. Every puppy is born and raised inside our family home. We do not use kennels and we do not use guardian homes.

Our puppies are known for their beautiful, soft wavy fleece coats. As coat type and shedding can naturally vary between individual puppies and pairings, we guide each family through the expected coat characteristics to help find the right fit for their home.

Absolutely. Families are always welcome to collect their puppy directly from our home. We’ll organise a collection time and talk you through everything you need to know before you head home together.

Yes. Home delivery can be arranged depending on your location. We love this option as it allows us to help your puppy settle into their new environment and provides a familiar face during those first exciting moments at home.

Yes. For families flying in to collect their puppy, we can arrange to meet you at Brisbane Airport. We can also guide you through the process of flying home with your puppy and what you’ll need to organise beforehand.

Yes. We regularly work with families who live interstate and can help coordinate safe puppy transport. We’ll guide you through the process and help make your puppy’s journey as comfortable and straightforward as possible.

We send each puppy home with a scent blanket that has been kept with their mother and littermates. This provides familiar comfort and eases their transition during their first few nights in a new home.

Every puppy receives a comprehensive puppy pack including their health and vaccination records, microchip details, high-quality puppy food samples, a scent blanket, initial crate treats, and an introductory care guide.

We introduce puppies to crate confidence and positive reinforcement through high-value treats and soft enrichment toys. This helps create a safe, positive association with crate quiet time.

Our puppies are raised in a busy home environment and exposed to daily household sounds (vacuuming, TV, kitchen noises) as well as sound desensitisation soundtracks (thunderstorms, traffic) to foster calm, confident temperaments.
